CONTINUUM (2025)

Convergence Dance Collective’s first evening-length work, performed at Reno Little Theater on March 17 and 18. This work examines the process of growing up and the transitional periods between different stages of life. In its recurring themes such as the necessity of keeping your inner child alive as you navigate life, it reflects many of the feelings we experienced while making it as a newly-formed dance group.

FROM THE RIVER TO THE SEA (2024)

Convergence Dance Collective’s debut piece, performed at Acro Enso on June 21st as part of its event “An Evening of Movement”. This piece was created in solidarity with the people of Palestine as they continue to suffer through genocide. It takes inspiration from the colors of the flag of the State of Palestine, with white representing Palestinians’ pure and noble deeds, black representing their battles, green representing their fertile land, and red representing their sacrifices.
